Cervical Injuries with Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion Surgery

This exhibit depicts disc bulge at C4-5, disc herniation at C5-6, disc herniation at C6-7 and retrolisthesis at C6-7. The surgical repair is made at the C5-6 and C6-7 levels. Discectomy is performed and spacers filled with bone marrow aspirated from the iliac crest are taped into place at both levels. A cervical plate is affixed to C5,C6 and C7 to secure spacers in place.
