The main joints that move during walking are also identified specifically the ankle joint and the transverse tarsal joint (talo- navicular and calcaneo-cuboid joints). We are included an x-ray of the right foot in the lateral view which shows normal anatomy and alignment. The next image depicts the lateral view of the foot as depicted in the post-accident films. It is clear that this individual sustained a comminuted left calcaneal fracture. The marked disruption of the structures involved in walking. This image are based specifically on the film study provided. The final image shows the most current condition revealing a misaligned and deformed foot as shown in the film study provided. It is clear that even though the fractures have healed there is misalignment of the subtalar joint, bony overgrowth of the healed calcaneal fracture, and the joint degeneration resulting from arthritis and severe flat foot deformity.
