Pre-operative condition of the right knee with ruptured ACL (shown scarred down to the PCL region) and tears to both the medial and lateral meniscus.\r\nNext to this, three to four surgical steps from the above stated procedure are illustrated showing the following:\r\n2. Placement of multiple arthroscopic instruments into the knee joint.\r\n3. Debridement of ACL, leaving the main structure for stability.\r\n4. Debridement of the lateral and medial meniscus back to stable tissue.
