The second illustration depicts the initial incision being made in the neck.
The third illustration shows the discectomy being performed.
The fourth illustration portrays the debridement of the endplates with a high speed bur.
The fifth illustration depicts the insertion of the cancellous allograft into the disc space.
The sixth illustration shows the placement of the Atlantis plate along with a print of a postoperative x-ray.
